Terms of service are subject to change, you will be notified and they will be valid even if your order is ongoing.

-Quotes

• PLEASE ONLY ASK FOR A QUOTE IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN BUYING A FURSUIT FROM ME!

• Starting prices are based off of one colour meaning that more than one colour, complexity of character, and extras such as Horns, claws, removable eyelids, etc will greatly affect the cost of your suit.

• Material prices (down payment) are separate to the starting prices, this has to be paid first so I am able to order the fur and other materials to get started on your suit. These prices will vary depending on amount of colours and other materials needed for your character.

• When asking for a quote please send a clear reference picture of your character so I am able to gather materials and fur colours that match your design as accurately as possible.

• Due to demand I am now moving onto taking orders on a quote form basis, meaning that when I am open for commissions I will release a link to a form which you are able to fill in if you are seriously interested in a commission from me, and I will be in touch via email to confirm if you are accepted onto my queue or not.

 

-Ordering

• I will only accept clients over the age of 18, if you are younger then I will have to do all payments through a parent/Guardian.

• For me to start on your suit you will have to fully pay the materials cost/ down payment first. I accept payment plans if you are unable to pay the full price up front, this will be done in weekly or monthly payments but I will discuss this further with you when you are ordering. Just  please make sure that you are able to afford the full price when you are placing an order as I will not allow refunds (refunds include, the materials cost and any money paid for shipping costs, in the case of any cancellation, the remaining unused materials which have been paid for will be sent to the customer so that they may be used for the eventual completion of the order) .

 

-Contact

• Throughout your commission I will be in regular contact either via Email or Telegram, I highly recommend contact through telegram as this is the fastest and easiest platform for communication and sending images and video, etc!

• I will be sending regular updates and work in progress pictures of your suit for approval and and for any changes or additions you may require. 

• If I have sent any work in progress pictures for you to approve and you do not reply for a length of time then that may delay the construction of your costume! So please keep in regular contact with me!

• Please be kind and respectful when messaging me! I do not tolerate any hatful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. If you do any of the above then I will deal with it accordingly.

• I am here to run a business of course but I am very helpful and friendly when messaging so don't be afraid of contacting me or even letting me know if there is anything you would like me to change on your suit, etc! It only helps me in the long run and also ensures that you are happy with the end result!

 

-Shipping

• I am based in the UK but able to ship internationally!

• Please understand that shipping is separate from the cost of the suit and that I have no control over how expensive that may be as that is down to the postal services.

• Your suit will be sent with tracking unless stated otherwise.

• Any customs tax including any that I get from the customer sending over their DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) will be paid entirely by the customer as it is not my responsibility to pay for shipping.

 

-Payments

• I will accept UK payments through either Bank Transfer or PayPal

• PAYPAL ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS in GBP (£) PayPal will convert your currency for you, Please note that using PayPal will also include transaction fees for every payment sent, I can calculate these for you once I know how much you are planning to send per transaction.

• A down payment (materials cost) will have to be paid first (and is completely non refundable after the materials have been ordered) in order for you to secure a place in my queue and will also allow me to start working on your suit.

• Please make sure that you are able to afford your full quote before you finalise down payments with me and are serious about buying a suit from me as I do not offer refunds.

• For me to start work on your costume you will have to have fully paid the materials/ down payment cost.

• In the case of refunding, as aforementioned the costs of any deposit, materials cost and or shipping will be non refundable. If a cancellation is made for any reason whatsoever (by me or you), then the materials will be sent to the customer as well as the current progress of the work so that they may be finished at a later date by me or another artist. (Client will pay for shipping of the materials and current progress of work if the order is cancelled)

• The only case in which the materials cost will be refunded is if the materials have not yet been ordered and the money has not been spent, in the case that the materials have been ordered and work has not been commenced the materials cost will be non refundable and the materials will be forwarded to the customer and I will have no responsibility to refund the money as it has already been spent.

 

-Deadlines

• I do not have absolute deadlines, just completion estimates. I am a small business of one person and things can come up to push dates back further. I could get sick or sore and will have to take breaks. Machines can break down and need repair.

• If you fail to make certain payments or provide items I request this can cause delays in the construction of your costume.

 

-Sizing

• If you properly made a DTD and/or sent me correct measurements it should be easy for me to make your costume custom fit and comfortable for you! I am not responsible for poor sizing if you provide a poor quality DTD or incorrect measurements. I always test fit all of my costumes throughout the making process to ensure that they are comfortable and easy to move around in and also have good vision and ventilation!

• The customer is required to pay any shipping costs or customs tax associated with the delivery of any parts involved in the making process of the costume (this includes the DTD and any further additions to the commission)

-Conduct

• I reserve the right to cancel the order in the case of improper conduct with the refund policy aforementioned in the payment section. Reasons for cancellation can be but are not limited to: Aggressive or unprofessional behaviour of any kind, refusal to pay costs,  payments and making me feel unsafe or threatened.

• In the case of any demanding of money from PayPal or any other means, you have agreed to my terms by ordering from me and that the only money that will be refunded to you is stated in the payments section beginning with "The only case in which the materials cost will be refunded is if the materials have not yet been ordered and the money has not been spent". By ordering from me you are therefore agreeing to all aspects of my terms of service.
